Project Scope
- Rabotec began the project with major earthworks to strengthen the crusher platform’s foundation for heavy equipment. This required dismantling the existing conveyor system and removing underground service lines with care. Once the groundwork was complete, the conveyor system was reinstalled and fully commissioned to ensure seamless integration with the mine’s operations.
Key Tasks and Achievements:
The key tasks include clearing the site by removing existing structures and stabilizing the ground for the secondary crusher platform, enhancing its structural integrity through detailed earthworks to support heavy operations, and carefully re-installing, testing, and commissioning the conveyor system to ensure seamless integration and efficient functionality.
- Operational Efficiency: The construction of the secondary crusher platform significantly improved the operational efficiency of the Asanko Gold Mine.
- Safety and Reliability: Ensuring the structural integrity of the platform contributed to the safety and reliability of the mining operations.
